Hardwood Cheese Tools


The original cheese slicer was invented and patented in 1925 by Norwegian carpenter Thor Bjorklund. The design was itself was based on the carpenter's plane, and remains largely unchanged over 80 years later. This version hails from Hollandwhere they also know a bit about cheeseand features a high quality stainless steel slicer coupled with hardwood handle. The matching cheese knife features the same combination of utility and practical good looks. Each tool is sold separately.
