Portland ceramic artist Michael Newsome has a background in photography, food & wine, and travel. Inspired by the forms and colors of the natural world, this collection of bud vases was created exclusively for Canoe, using custom formulated glazes over a fully vitrified brown clay body. The handmade nature of these pieces produces subtle variations in form and color, no two are exactly alike.
