Designer Ann Ko is a third-generation jeweler who earned a degree in biochemistry but discovered that she had inherited the family passion for fine jewelry. Liven was started by her grandfather in Taiwan and continued by her parents in Hawaii; now headquartered in Los Angeles, Ann’s designs have taken Liven in a modern direction.
