Shipping

Canoe will process your online order as soon as we are able, typically within 1-2 business days. Occasionally items may be oversold. Canoe reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, for any reason.

We process orders Tuesday - Saturday.

Canoe ships all orders via USPS or UPS Ground service, whichever is most cost-effective. Your shipping cost will be outlined at the time of checkout. We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is complete and accurate, the delivery address is accessible, and to notify us if an address does not accept UPS or USPS delivery prior to ordering. Orders that require rerouting or reshipping due to address errors, service limitations or delivery access issues (gated community, etc.) may incur additional shipping costs. If shipments are returned to us, the original shipping cost is not refundable.

Some high value orders may ship with Signature Required.

Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. You may track your order via the USPS or UPS website after your order has shipped. 

We regret that we are unable to accept international orders at this time.

Returns

Canoe accepts merchandise returns within 30 days of the purchase date, for Store Credit only, to be used for future purchases in store or online. Merchandise must be in the original, fully saleable condition, and include any original product packaging. Sale and Special Order items are final sale and ineligible for return.

Canoe does not issue shipping return labels. With the exception of defective or damaged merchandise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive an order with defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you or issue a credit in your original form of payment.
