David Mellor is a designer and metalsmith most famous for his flatware designs, produced and immaculately hand finished in Sheffield, England, for more than half a century. Designed while Mellor was still a student at Royal College of Art, London, Pride has been in continuous production ever since and is part of many museum collections around the world. Combining a purity of form with overtones of classic English 18th Century cutlery, it is a modern classic. Five piece placesetting: salad fork, dinner fork, dinner knife, soup spoon, tea spoon. Knife is made of high carbon steel to maintain a sharp edge, hand washing this piece is recommended. All other pieces dishwasher safe. 18/10 stainless steel.
