Canoe only collects information on our customers for the sole purpose of order tracking and records keeping of orders placed online. This information is limited to Customer name, address, email, telephone number, and IP addresses.
Canoe will only contact you by phone in the event of a problem with a web order place via canoe.design .
At the time of checkout you have the option of joining the Canoe mailing list. Canoe may occasionally send you email regarding new product lines and store information. You have the option to discontinue these emails at any time by following the link at the bottom of every email.
At no time does Canoe Inc. retain sensitive information such as credit card numbers. Canoe does not share your customer information under any circumstances.
Canoe collects IP addresses in two cases. Our web tracking service collects IP address for the sole purpose of tracking web usage. This information is separate from our customer database. At no time does Canoe collect information on customers specific browsing habits. Canoe also records your IP address at the time of check out to aid in the prevention and tracking of credit card fraud.
Canoe takes privacy and security very seriously. We have taken every precaution to secure your privacy online, at our data centers and at our physical location to protect against the theft, manipulation, and loss of information collected at canoe.design. Your information is password protected and is available only to persons whom need it to fulfill your web orders, or answer specific questions that you may have.
Canoe.design does not set cookies, rather we set session variables. Session variables are set to specifically keep track of your shopping.

Canoe will process your online order within 24-36 hours given all items are in stock. Occasionally items may be oversold. All backorder items will ship as we receive them in the shop and therefore items ordered together may not be shipped together. We will contact you if any of your items are backordered in the event changes are needed to proceed with the order.
Canoe ships all orders via UPS, Monday through Friday. Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout. You may track your order via the UPS website after your order has shipped. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

Items purchased from Canoe may be returned for store credit only within 30 days of purchase provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Store credits are valid for one year from date of issue.
Please note: All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged.
Canoe ships products internationally with certain guidelines and requirements in place.
A $50 minimum purchase required.
International orders cannot be processed through our website. Shipping costs can be determined on a quotation basis.

Orders ship USPS Priority Mail, with delivery in 6-12 business days. All orders are fully insured and trackable.
All sales are final—returns are not accepted on international sales with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.
International orders may be subject to duties, import fees or taxes levied by Customs in the country of delivery. Canoe is not responsible for these costs, nor can we advise or anticipate what they may be. Fees typically range from 20% - 40% of the total order cost. We recommend contacting your local Customs office to determine potential charges BEFORE you place an order.
If shipments are refused due to unwanted Customs charges, you will be billed for both outbound and return shipping along with all associated fees.
Delivery may be delayed by customs processing which occurs out of our control. Canoe is not responsible for these delays, nor can we make customer accommodations for them.
All orders are subject to final product availability. Canoe reserves the right to refuse international orders for any reason, at our sole discretion.
