Abloy Brass Padlocks - Short Shackle

We love the retro good looks of these padlocks, but they combine style with true security. They were invented in Helsinki in 1907 by an office machinery mechanic when he realized the rotating cylindrical discs of the cash register he was repairing were imminently suitable as a lock mechanism. Made of solid cast brass, the body has raised shoulders for extra strength and greater clearance and a stainless-steel shackle. Each key is specific to each lock which itself is virtually pick-proof.
