Copenhagen Cheese Knife

Cut soft and semi-soft cheeses in modern style with this all-stainless steel cheese knife. The holes in the blade—reminiscent of Swiss Cheese--help to keep the cheese from sticking. The forked tip can be used to pick up and serve the cut pieces of cheese. The ergonomic handle is hollow, and therefore lightweight.
