Diawood Kitchen Shears

These robust stainless-steel Japanese-made shears are great for a myriad of uses in the kitchen, for cutting and beyond: the scallop interior of the top can be used to twist off jar or bottle tops, the inner smooth interior can be used as a bottle opener, while the tips of the handles are used to pop up canning jar lids or other tops. The blades are fully detachable at the pivot point making them easy to clean. The hollow ground back ensures the ease of occasional resharpening.
