The Avocado Scoop is a wonder--it perfectly and cleanly removes the avocado from its skin, never breaking the skin nor leaving anything behind. Simply slice the avocado in half with a knife, remove the pit, and insert the scoop between the flesh and the skin.  Food-safe oil finish. Hand wash only, dry thoroughly.
