Julep Strainer

Used in tandem with a mixing glass and bar spoon, a julep strainer is a must for crafting great cocktails like a pro. In comparison to the more familiar spiral-style Hawthorn strainer which is designed to be used with a cocktail shaker, the julep-style strainer is meant to be used with a mixing glass. This version made from polished stainless steel is from renowned Japanese bar tool maker Yukiwa.
