Highly regarded British architect David Chipperfield created this version of the classic Italian stovetop espresso maker, which was first launched in the 1930s. Popularized by Alfonso Bialetti, it became one of the most successful products to emerge from Italy following World War II. This version, created for Alessi, is constructed from die-cast aluminum, and features a distinctive yet simple faceted body and robust handle. 6 cup capacity.
