Paul Anker Wooden Owls - Small

A favorite totem the world over, owls are traditionally associated with wisdom and mysticism, but this interpretation from Danish designer Paul Anker Hansen is decidedly charming. The head is attached to the solid body by a magnet, which gives it flexibility to be tilted and rotated in all directions. By positioning the head, the owl can embody a variety of emotions. The inset large brown eyes, made of wedge wood, add to the expressive quality. Originally designed in the 1960s, this is an authorized reproduction, hand made in Denmark from solid oak.
