The Wolfard Classic Oil Lamp represents a masterclass in functional minimalism, serving as the benchmark for modern glass oil lamps for over five decades. Hand-blown from high-clarity scientific glass by master artisans in California, its structural clarity is matched only by its exceptional thermal strength. The sculptural form utilizes an exclusive "in-flame" technique, resulting in a seamless, one-of-a-kind design that has earned a place in the Whitney Museum of American Art. It is a timeless addition to entryways, mantles, or refined table settings.
The lamp features a multi-level chimney design that protects the flame from air turbulence, making it effortlessly adaptable for both indoor and outdoor settings. An integrated, side-mounted filling tube allows for seamless oil replenishment without disturbing the cotton wick, offering a clean, wax-free alternative to traditional candles. Delivering up to 40 hours of smokeless, odorless illumination per fill, this archival-quality heirloom bridges mid-century American craftsmanship with everyday utility.
