While traveling extensively as a food critic, Chris Onstad noticed that there were not many non-alcoholic beverage options available. In 2012, he started Portland Syrups with Dan McLaughlin. Their mission was to create the first high-quality syrups, capable of creating mocktails worthy of being served in restaurants (or enjoyed at home). These smaller 3.4 oz. bottles make 3-5 drinks each, are perfect for testing flavors, and contain 40% less sugar than a typical mixer.
